Well the GOP is always harping on what the original framers of the Constitution intended so they should be all for that idea.

Oh, you can be sure that they’ll be all for “What The Founders Intended!” if they’re the ones who are leading the reform. But if the Dems are leading it, we will hear constant whines about how it’s a “power grab” intended to strip “We, The People” of any say in Congress.
