Be carfule, tho: Some of the things that are happening in Sweden by some of the landlords are buying up buildings, kicking out pensioners and disabled for immigrants (from mostly Islamic background) are starting to boil over, becuase they are able to charge the government more for the immigrants.

It’s getting ugly.

Just goes to show that you never arrive at perfection any more than you can perfect people. However you can tweak programs to gain the behavior you want by leading them with whatever carrot works best. Usually that’s $$$$ but not always.
