I’ll second what others have already said and add that she might have imported a block list shared by someone else and you happened to be on that person’s list for whatever reason.

I’ve been using the Mute feature more than Block, but the downside to that is that once you Mute somebody in Tweetdeck, if you have a really large Mute list, it’s pretty much irreversible because there is no way to search or order the Mutes.
