I dunno. I think if that were the case, you would have seen him primary Obama in 2012. I dunno though. It honestly surprises me that he’s having a wait and see attitude on this given the interference negatively impacted him too- he would be chairman of the Budget Committee had the Dems gained the Senate back.

I can’t fathom why any elected official cannot be anything but incensed by foreign interference in our elections. Aside from patriotism and the oath of office they all took, letting foreign governments skate away from fcking with our elections could someday mean *their* election chances could be fcked with.
