Thank you! I wasn’t talking about the right. They’re going to twist anything but yes. If she had just said feckless enabler, yeah the usual suspects would whine but there wouldn’t be much outrage. I think Samantha was genuinely speaking from the heart on this and she said something that distracted from the overall point.

If she had said ‘enabler’ nobody would be talking about that piece. She does devestatingly good, funny and informative bits like it all the time and they don’t get enough shine IMO. But I agree, I don’t think she used the word for controversy, I think she was really pissed. We know exactly how she felt.
