The largest “religious” group to vote for Hillary Clinton was atheists/agnostics/nothing in particular (68%, and that represented a loss of two points from the McCain election). The second-largest was Hispanic Catholics, followed by African-American evangelicals. Every other Christian group broke for Trump.
The Council on Foreign Relations indicates based on Pew Research polling ahead of the next election, larger percentages of Christians will vote for Trump.
The most reliable voting block in the Democratic Party is “nones” (we know which party wants to outlaw us).
