You don’t mix oil and water.
You don’t mix politics and religion.
You don’t mix drinking and driving.
You don’t mix sweets with savouries.

Fruit should not be heated. Eat your pineapple cold, after the pizza, with the rest of the fruit. Otherwise you may as well be melting the cheese over your ice cream. Leave them separate, as God intended.
