One might remind that writer of the importance of American Jews in keeping the United States an ally of Israel. America would take the kind of mass emigration he proposes fairly badly, given how important the idea of ‘America as a place people want to get into’ (not leave) is for Americans. His/her plan, if enacted, would likely result in a major increase in anti-Israel sentiment in the USA.
