Anyone (lawhawk…others in the NYC area) what is the name of the very unique building in the tweet image in Sleuths comment? I know the one is the new One Tower, what is the name of the other?

I like architecture and would love to see more images and know what that one is all about. If anyone has any links to info I’d appreciate it.
