I think they’re pathetic really. I’ve always thought there was something pathetic about a bunch of cowards hiding behind hoods and swastikas and praising a loser (Hitler) who lost his war due to his own stupidity and egomania. By the way, I’m part German and Slovak too. Cabbage for all the people!

The thing that is pathetic to me is how they back away from their beliefs the moment there is a problem for someone. Why is Kenny Knight lying about Scalise’s appearance? What does that say about his beliefs about his beliefs? And the real problem is that he’s apparently not proud of those beliefs, and has not taken the time to analyze why or consider that if you have a belief that you are ashamed of, maybe you should change your mind.

This whole game where they act in ways that shows they understand this is wrong and unacceptable, and then don’t think about why bugs me. They do this all the time. Every issue of the SPLC Intelligence Report has at least one example of it (and usually multiple). The only real explanation I can come up with is that at the end of it, they don’t think they can convert enough people to their cause, so they have to trick us into going along with it. Which is super slimy.
