Am I that cynical that if this was in a city mayored by a Republican or even someone who wasn’t Obama’s former chief of staff that Ben wouldn’t care about what happened to McDonald? He’s really showing how pathetic he is here by acting like the problem is Rahm’s political party label rather than the system as a whole which yes Shit for brains does involve a lot of honest to god racism.

That’s the thing, Ben figures he can get a two-fer here: He can dispute that racism had anything to do with the way this case was handled and he can argue that Rahm only won reelection because of corruption.
