OK, even leaving the source of these moronic tweets aside, WTF does “…closed water lanes coming down from the North” even mean in this context?

Trump must have been talking to Devin Nunes recently: CA’s allocation of water resources for agriculture is one of his pet issues (i.e. he always wants more for HIS district) - but it has little/nothing to do with fire issues. So of course, President Dimbulb has to bring it up, along with the “raking the forests” bullshit. Again.
