LOL I am trying to cancel my NY Times subscription and of course just clicking doesn’t do it, you have to talk to someone.
Not just that, but when I finally got cancelled, they wouldn’t put it through, and kept charging my card for months. I went through about 6 “customer care” people and reached cussing standard before they finally stopped charging me. That was right after DT was elected, and I wanted to support “the liberal press.” Ha. Still have a digital subscription to WaPo, and get a lot out of it. But support NYT? No way.
