A few caltrops in the street or a spike strip ought to do it.

We can all dream about doing this. Even if the authorities likely ‘frown’ on it.

The downside of this plan is that then these jerks are even less likely to go away. Particularly since, after application of spike strips, their vehicle is now much less mobile, so they can’t drive away. And who really wants to spend even more (quality) time around these jerks.
