There’s approximately 8 million people in the DFW area. So, that’s 800,000 1/10th acre farms, or 12,500 square miles, or a square about 110 miles on each side. Which is roughly the size of the Metroplex. The question I have, is how are the other nine people going to pay for that food and what’s going to keep it from costing a huge amount of money?
