So in the case of healthcare, you’d rather be dealing with how to get enough doctors to care for 30M people who can now access basic healthcare than figuring out how to get those people the bare minimum of coverage in the richest country in the world.

People on the right constantly tell us we have the best medical system in the world. Are they also saying that the Planet’s Best Medical System can’t treat its own citizens? Treating 30 million people in a country with over 300 million will just shatter what we’ve got going?
