For example, even on LGF- we spend more time bashing his opponents than actually discussing his policies- and even when we do, it often takes the form of bashing his opponents.

Like I said, I like the guy. But I do believe that if the GOP (who in my estimation have a whole lot less to offer at this point) wins in the upcoming elections it will be no small measure because people aren’t buying the ‘we’d rather talk about the opposition than about governance’.

Lunatics like Palin and O’Donnell would be cartoon characters and non players if Americans perceived the Democrats as political leaders as opposed to hyperventilating fear mongers.

Just my opinion.
