Unless by “Brave New World” you think that Brave New World was an allegory.

Not so much an allegory, but rather a type, as a representation, of what we are experiencing today. We really are highly manipulated by well trained specialists in propaganda and all the arts of persuasion.

The white-grievance and race war stuff from Beck and others are examples of this manipulation, by those who can profit off of the angst and fear.
