Sorry, but you keep on making that racist/non-racist distinction. That’s binary. “Once a person is a racist” is, implicitly, accepting a binary condition.

Being a racist is not binary.
Being or not being on the racist spectrum is binary.
You’re free to deny that there are people who are not on the spectrum, in which case we are all racists to some degree, fine. Your objection to “his racism”=”he’s racist” is still not clear.
