If it’s a clause in the prenup, it’s something he wouldn’t want to admit to for fear of making the settlement larger. But if he lies it’s a perjury trap.

I didn’t think the Fifth Amendment protection extended to civil actions. If you could take the Fifth during a deposition because you didn’t want to hurt your case, no one would ever answer a question during a deposition.
