It would seem so. Could be interesting for my Slovak cousins. They live right near the Slovak-Ukrainian border. The Rusyns have an interesting history with both groups.

One of my Ukrainian neighbors here in China says this will be her last year working as a foreign teacher. She will return to Luhansk and says she hopes things will be better. Her oblast is now relatively peaceful, but fighting continues to the south in Donetsk. She has a young son, so I can understand why she wants to return, but I hope Ukraine will be safe.
