Wait, isn’t Warner a Democrat? There isn’t another one right now, is there? I suspect that he is indeed pushing that line in the hopes of getting Rs to agree now they are feeling fat and happy. I’m not convinced that agreement will come until the indictments are handed down, and possibly not then.
