I’m rooting for Harris but Rice seems like a fine choice too.
With Rice as VP, I can’t picture anyone more suited than Harris for AG in the Biden administration.
With Harris as VP, I figure Rice will make for a highly competent Secretary of State (something we’ll be needing greatly to undo so much of this administration’s damage), and perhaps Sally Yates as AG.

Rice as VP is the GOP’S wet dream- Hillary Mk II and the conservative corporate media will go right along trying to destroy them.
