McCain’s campaign totally screwed the pooch (not that I’m a fan of his). They should’ve highlighted the fact that this guy is BARELY an American. He didn’t grow up as an American, didn’t play little league ball or other traditional American past times. He simply can’t relate to mainstream American values.

McCain didn’t campaign in a vacuum.

We want to heap scorn on the McCain campaign, but considering that all the organs of the press and media were part of the Obama campaign, McCain did as well as was possible under the circumstances.

McCain would have been vilified if he had campaigned as you suggest. We, in the Right leaning corners of the Internet attempted to publish just that message, but with the MSM protecting Obama in every which way it had no effect.
