The more I hear about ORCA, the more I remember Mitt dissing the organization behind the London Olympics.

What kind of idiot essentially beta tests an app on Election Day? That’s what they did with ORCA. None of the volunteers had hands on experience with it. They didn’t even know if they could use it on their devices and the campaign didn’t even turn it on until 6AM on Election Day.

What. The. Fuck. Who does that if they’re serious about winning?
