You do know that “legally blind” doesn’t mean that this guy is totally blind, don’t you?

Does anyone know if there was testimony about the state of his vision?

This guy has some vision and used “blindness” as an excuse to get off a murder charge. I don’t think we’ve heard the last of him.

I’d bet my life on it.
