Be careful when analyzing body language across cultures. She’s apparently Indonesian. Asians as a rule tend not to be very demonstrative in public, and there are traditional attitudes relating to the relative status of men and women. Even modern Chinese girls/women have a hard time shaking off their upbringing to be “less equal” than men.
