One of the biggest weaknesses (it was not so 200 years ago but times change) of the Constitution is allowing unlimited wealth to be poured into campaigns for political office.

The weakness is the equation of money and speech. (Advertising isn’t free speech, it’s bought speech.)

The Supremes decided that, they can also reverse or modify it.
