John Heilemann is now saying ( on MSNBC) Manafort giving election polling data is the missing link to how the Russians knew where to target their disinformation.

He is saying some have excused the Russians were just smart and did this all on their own there was no coordination.

This new revelation makes it clear they did have data to make their efforts work.

Nicole’s panels is talking about how good Trump’s polling people were and that this data was extremely valuable.
