My opinion is that’s when Trump will be at his most dangerous. He would have absolutely nothing to lose at that point.

Might be almost worth it to offer him full immunity to federal and state charges if he and Pence resigned immediately and let Pelosi serve as a caretaker President until January 20 so that we have a functioning government addressing the pandemic.
