The movies that scared me as a kid were Wizard of Oz (those monkeys!!) and Sleeping Beauty (the witch!!)

I was also traumatized by Bambi and Old Yeller.

When I was little, I saw a movie called Attack of the Crab Monsters, and another called House on Haunted Hill — both of them scared me silly. (I have looked them up since — unless you’re fond of very “B” movies, don’t bother. And they’re too campy to be scary.)
