Which GUI/Window Manager did you go with? Unity? Gnome? Just curious since my 10 year old dell would die a miserable death of thrashing with only 2 gb of ram if I tried either.

I happen to be a lover of fluxbox, but I don’t even know if it’s been updated in years.
