Once again, people have trouble with the whole “free speech” vs. “consequence-free speech” thing.

And I have long wondered how Chuck has been allowed to maintain a PayPal account. I thought they had a reputation for pulling the plug on people up to questionable activities pretty readily.

Or the fact that Twitter is not covered by the 1st amendment, and threats of violence are not covered by the first amendment.
