I’ve seen Threeper memes that fantasize that “every gun owner” will join their GREATEST ARMY ON TEH FACE OF TEH EARTH BAR NONE!!!!!

But their defining doctrine is that “It only takes a dedicated 3% in the field”, if the great mass will just set fire to an occasional fuel convoy. That’s based on spurious data from the Revolutionary War force structure. It also overlooks that the effective American units were better armed and perhaps more experienced than many in the British forces.
