Just finished Daredevil - so wound up I can’t even think about sleeping though it’s nearly 1:30am. Want more! Now!

Damn that is some fine writing and fantastic performances. Can’t think of any series where I even came close to the frequency of thinking “Whoa! Did not see THAT coming!”

I watched the episode (#4?) where DD battles the motorcycle gang as he walks down the staircase, then went to bed. One of my dreams was about fighting a gang somewhere, and not doing do well, and then I woke up — at 2 am.

It’s really an intense show. Like you say, the writing and acting are top notch, but the videography is, too. The staircase scene had that dance-like feel that you get watching Hong Kong kungfu movies (wuxia).

I don’t think I’ll watch the other episodes just before I go to sleep, though.

This Elektra is a sociopath, I swear. I’d be scared shitless going out with her.
