It is not moral cowardice. It is political strategy. That’s how it has always worked.

Looking up more about the two candidates (there were more, but the others have dropped out), Bryce started fundraising and working right after Trump was elected. He’s testified in the state legislature against Walker’s anti-union legislation, &c.
