I think you must have forgot about ‘mouse and all the work he does on the water tower and system. A water tower means a central system for the town or village.

I’m from Chicago. Anyone any farther than the first suburb is rural to me. It’s my city slicker ignorance shining through like a blowed-up-real-good Electrical grid transformer.
