Yeah, I met a lot of bullies like that, going to school. You know what happens when you keep ignoring the bully? They ratchet things up, until you finally snap at the most importune time, making things all the worse.

The GOP is broken. They are broken, and they are breaking the government. They are turning everything into a no-holds-barred fight. And they were voted into office. The only way to deal with them is to vote them out of office. Obama can’t do that. We have to do that. He can show them as petty, stupid, and vain, and he has, actually done so on a number of occasions. He thrashed their asses in that impromptu question-and-answer session. Didn’t seem to matter.
