Ugh, I’m gonna focus less on politics for the time being as my dispute with a Hampton Inn location still has yet to be resolved. Long story short, the dumbasses at the Hampton Inn at Santa Ana didn’t follow correct procedure and the front end manager ended up having my car towed from their lot to which I had to pay $300 out of pocket on top of the $173 that they charged me for the hotel room last month. I have the feeling that the GM is blowing me off and refusing to respond to my emails as he has not followed up with me since I last spoke to him early last week.

Fucking frustrating.

Ask for the regional manager’s email and phone no. If they demur, you can probably find it by Googling. Or you could call a nearby Hampton Inn and ask for the RM’s contact info.
