Perhaps all the recent stories about Russians getting whacked for standing up to Putin are reminding people why he is not such a good person for Trump to cozy up to——-or emulate.

My leftist co-worker will defend Putin to the end, just like Trump does. It seems that a lot of leftists don’t understand that Russia went right-wing authoritarian.
