Well, as we saw with O’Rielly, it ended with his show being gone. Same could happen to Ingraham after her surprise one week vacation (same thing that O’Rielly did). The next step in this process is getting companies to wait to buy ad time until we see what replaces the bad. If the bad is replaced by equally bad, or worse, then you’re right it does nothing.
