Are they talking policy on the course? On the one hand, I would hope so, otherwise they really have spoiled a good walk. On the other hand, I’m guessing none of the groundskeepers at any Trump property have had background checks, and that seems like a brilliant place to plant a couple of spies, doesn’t it?

It’s not just groundskeepers they need to worry about, but every golfer who plays the course. Having someone as undisciplined as Trump regularly in that kind of environment is one gigantic counter surveillance nightmare.
