Ah, one of the joys of the service industry: Having someone walk in and start asking for things/services that they’re not supposed to be receiving, then when told you can’t do that for them respond with “They do it for me all the time!”

Do I look like “They”? No? Then why would what “They” do mean anything to me? If “They” thought you were so important as to receive special treatment, “They” would have passed it on to me. Since “They” didn’t say a damned thing to me, you can either wait for “They” to show up or you can take what’s on offer.
