Fischer: The Federal Income Tax is ‘Flatly Unconstitutional’

Bryan Fischer apparently decided that it was as good a time as any to reveal that he happens to subscribe to the conspiracy theory that the Federal Government has no authority to collect income taxes and the only reason he even agrees to pay this “extortion money” is because he doesn’t want to go to jail:

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States
