A gun was allegedly found.

Not allegedly, it was, indeed, found.

Martin may have shot the cop, but St Louis PD had a recent case where a gun was planted, still fresh in everybody’s mind.

But even if it were true, the convergence of evidence still doesn’t go anywhere.

1. The videos show:
a) Martin raising his hand towards the cop (compatible with the gun, needs stretching to fit with anything else);
b) the policeman reacting in panic, shooting and running away.

2. The gun was found in that same exact place, and, twitter CTs notwithstanding, there is no evidence that it was planted.

3. Martin faced gun- and aggression-related charges:

three assaults, an armed robbery, unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action and stealing.

So there are these three facts together, and no contrary evidence.
