“Patient-Centered” just means having a horse tied to each of the patient’s limbs.

“Patient-Centered” means returning to those great days of Freedom when you as an individual or family with limited assets and income, were free to negotiate one-on-one with multi-million(billion)-dollar insurance companies for terms of coverage.
