The GOP knew the memo is a nothingburger and that’s why they dropped it on a Friday afternoon before Super Bowl weekend where it all will be forgotten in 24 hours.

They dropped it pretty early, and many of us don’t care about any bowl that doesn’t have either soup or weed in it.
