I know, most pizza lovers think Chicago-style pizza is basically lasagna made with bread instead of pasta, but when I eat pizza, I want to eat pizza, not cardboard topped with cheese and sauce.
I’m of the opinion that there is no bad pizza. There is less-good pizza but when you got a craving for it, it’s all pretty darn good. Especially doctored with a shit ton of fresh garlic.
