Any lawyer lizards around right now? I’m getting ready for trial in a custody case. Discovery was due on Friday (and that was after my attorney gave them an extension). It’s now Tuesday night and no Discovery. We go to trial on July 18. We are also trying to work out a settlement since he originally offered to give me custody of the eldest and keep it status quo with the younger because that’s what she wants right now…knowing that within a few months of her actually having to live with the girlfriend who is moving in soon, her opinion will likely change and then we have her testimony that she doesn’t want to live with dad, either.

How do I go forward without the Discovery from him? Is this usually a big deal with the courts when the other side doesn’t deliver on time? I’ve got no clue.
