Weird. ALl of my military friends I’ve talked to have said if they had their druthers, they’d turn over the dude that went spare in Afghanistan and killed women and children to the Afghans. I’d have figured they’d be more protective of him, but all of them just say “More of us are going to die because of what he did, fuck him.”

That is strange. I would think they’d be more sympathetic to combat stress and metal breakdowns in the field. I don’t think he was just being a dick, he snapped.
